NICE recognized in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CCaaS

Artificial Intelligence (AI) contact center software provider NICE is recognized as one of the leaders in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for contact center as a service (CCaaS) for the 8th consecutive year.
According to a press release, NICE placed the furthest overall for its Completeness of Vision in the Leaders quadrant. Grant Magic Quadrant for CCaaS recognizes companies that provide top-notch customer experiences all over the world.
