Nicola James named VP of Operations at ibex Jamaica

KINGSTON, JAMAICA — Global business process outsourcing (BPO) company ibex has appointed Nicola James as its Jamaican arm’s Vice President of Operations.
James, a seasoned BPO professional with an 18-year career, has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in management and customer service across diverse industries and multiple geographies
Tamara Ricketts-Brown, ibex’s Senior Vice President and Jamaica Country Manager, expressed her enthusiasm about James’ appointment: “Throughout her career, [James] has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, fostering a culture of innovation, and adapting quickly to dynamic business environments. Before joining ibex, James held prominent positions such as Director of Operations at Itel, Senior Account Manager at Sutherland Global Services, and SBU Manager at ACS, a respected Xerox subsidiary. She studied at Montego Bay Community College and the University of Technology.
