Estonia’s Nortal expands Americas reach, acquires U.S.-based Nearsure

TALLINN, ESTONIA and WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES — Nortal, a multinational digital transformation company, announced the acquisition of Nearsure, a U.S.-based technology solutions provider with a tech talent network spanning 18 Latin American countries.
While the specific terms of the acquisition were not announced, the merger is expected to enhance Nortal’s delivery capacity and accelerate its expansion across the Americas by leveraging Latin America’s highly skilled technology workforce.

Strategic growth and future prospects
The acquisition brings Nortal’s nearshore delivery model to the forefront, enhancing operational agility and responsiveness for enterprise clients.
Nortal and Nearsure will collaborate to modernize critical infrastructure sectors in the U.S., including healthcare, financial services, communications, and government.
Nearsure will merge with Nortal’s U.S. operations and rebrand in 2025, with joint leadership focused on continuity and growth.

Founded in 2018, Nearsure specializes in enterprise solutions, low-code and SaaS development, AI-driven digital transformation and consulting, custom software development, and staff augmentation.
