TOKYO, JAPAN — NTT DATA, a global provider of digital business and technology services, has acquired EXAH, a Salesforce Consulting Partner and artificial intelligence (AI) specialist.

The acquisition strengthens NTT DATA’s presence in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), expanding its portfolio of Salesforce and AI-driven solutions in the region.

The company is ranked #24 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. 

NTT DATA, EXAH drive digital transformation and Salesforce excellence

NTT DATA is a provider of IT and business services based in Tokyo, offering business process services, consulting services, IT modernization, and managed services. Operating in more than 50 countries, NTT DATA generates $30 billion in annual revenue and invests $3.6 billion in research and development.

EXAH is an entity that specializes in Salesforce and MuleSoft, offering integrated technology solutions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. EXAH focuses on automating business processes across various sectors, including financial technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.

With NTT DATA’s global scale and EXAH’s deep expertise in Salesforce, the acquisition enables the companies to deliver cutting-edge, region-specific solutions across the MEA region, setting the stage for even greater customer success and technological innovation.

NTT DATA strengthens Salesforce and AI capabilities in MEA

NTT DATA’s expansion program also involves Salesforce, which helps companies provide a personalized customer experience and automate their operations. 

Such an acquisition will provide NTT DATA with additional resources to enhance its capabilities, engaging customers more closely by presenting them with a personalized image, automating processes, analyzing customer behavior, and providing more, thereby making it easier to make informed decisions and deliver better services to customers.
