TOKYO, JAPAN, and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — NTT DATA, a business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider, is expanding its AI capabilities through a multi-year strategic partnership with ServiceNow, a solutions provider in automating workflows across various facets.
This agreement designates NTT DATA as a strategic AI delivery partner for ServiceNow, positioning them to jointly develop and lead the market in providing AI-powered automation solutions for global enterprises.
“Expanding our partnership with ServiceNow is a key milestone in our mission to build the world’s leading AI-native services company,” said Abhijit Dubey, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief AI Officer at NTT DATA, Inc.
Partnership extends global AI reach
With over $30 billion in revenue, NTT DATA is a trusted technology partner to 75% of the Fortune Global 100. This market position enables the company to provide unmatched enterprise-scale services in AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure, which are further strengthened by its extensive network of innovation centers and industry-specific consulting services.
It can be recalled that NTT DATA recently acquired EXAH, a specialist in Salesforce and AI, to strengthen its capabilities and market presence across the Middle East and Africa.
The company ranked #24 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
On the other hand, ServiceNow is a business transformation service provider that leverages AI to empower people, focusing on processes and data to drive productivity and optimize business performance for any organization across all industries.
ServiceNow’s commitment to expand its services continues as it establishes a new regional headquarters in West Palm Beach. This strategic move will create 850 high-wage jobs and solidify the city as an emerging tech hub.

NTT DATA will increase its own use of the ServiceNow AI Platform, becoming a lighthouse customer to demonstrate the platform’s value in enhancing internal productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.
The basis of this partnership is that they are jointly committed to the market and developing AI solutions. The companies shall implement collaborative go-to-market plans, such as joint development and joint sales of AI-driven solutions to an international customer base.
In addition, they will also collaborate to promote further AI deployment models, including through the Now Next AI initiative, which integrates AI engineering expertise directly into enterprise change initiatives. This initiative aims to help organizations transform the way work is performed.
