ST. PETERSBURG, UNITED STATES — The Office Gurus has appointed two senior executives to its leadership team, naming industry veterans with more than six decades of combined experience across global delivery operations and outsourcing sales to accelerate the company’s next phase of international growth.
The St. Petersburg-based company announced the appointments on September 17, 2026, describing the new hires as critical to scaling its technology-driven platform for client delivery at enterprise scale.
Lyndsell brings $850M delivery scale to operations role
The Office Gurus is the Contact Centers business segment of Superior Group of Companies (NASDAQ: SGC), a diversified firm established in 1920 spanning three business lines: healthcare apparel, branded products, and contact center solutions.
According to a press release, Mark Lyndsell joins as executive vice president of global operations, most recently serving as senior vice president, Delivery, Americas at TTEC, where he led a multi-country delivery organization generating approximately $850 million in annual revenue.
“TOG has reached an important point in our evolution. Mark and Troy bring the experience and leadership to help us significantly scale the successful, technology-driven platform we’ve built,” said Dominic Leide, president of The Office Gurus.
EPO strategy and AI technology drive next-phase growth
Troy Sanders joins as vice president of business development, bringing more than 30 years of business process outsourcing (BPO) and contact center sales leadership from organizations including iQor and Startek.
The appointments advance The Office Gurus’ Experience Process Outsourcing (EPO) strategy alongside investment in GuruSuite iX, its artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled technology ecosystem for agent performance, quality assurance, and customer interaction automation.
GuruSuite iX is designed to improve AI-driven service delivery across TOG’s global operations.
Leide added, “Our objective isn’t simply to become bigger — it’s to become a better, more capable partner for our clients.”
The dual hire reflects a growing pattern of mid-market BPO providers attracting senior executives from scaled multinational competitors as AI-driven service transformation raises the bar for operational complexity and enterprise client expectations.
For offshore outsourcing buyers evaluating top BPO companies worldwide with advanced customer experience (CX) capabilities and AI-enabled quality management, The Office Gurus’ senior leadership investment signals a company positioning for larger enterprise partnerships alongside established global CX providers.
