One Point One Solutions buys ITCube for $10.1Mn

MUMBAI, INDIA — Business process management (BPM) firm One Point One Solutions has acquired a 100% stake in information technology (IT) firm ITCube Solutions Pvt Ltd. (ITCube) for Rs. 84 crore (US$10.1 million)
Through the acquisition, One Point One Solutions will be able to serve clients in the healthcare and IT industry. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 1, 2026.
“IT Cube Solutions brings a wealth of expertise and experience in IT + BPM/KPO services, with a strong foothold in Pune and Cincinnati, Ohio,” said Akshay Chhabra, Managing Director, One Point One Solutions, in a statement.
Chhabra noted that the acquisition would enable One Point One Solutions to reduce the headcount and improve the margins through automation. He said that automating 40% of business operations would result in a 10% increase in profitability.
“Out of the 600 people, I can reduce a headcount of 150 people by doing automation,” Chhabra added, per The Economic Times.
The Global Healthcare BPM market is projected to grow to US$491 billion by 2027 at a compound annual growth rate of 12%. Cost optimization is driving this growth in the healthcare industry.
One Point One Solutions also has plans to make some acquisitions in key markets such as the Philippines and Latin America.
ITCube employs over 600 workers and has a presence in the United States, England, Netherlands, Germany, Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Qatar, India, Singapore, and Australia.
