OP360 expands educational outreach across Colombia and Philippines

CONNECTICUT, UNITED STATES — OfficePartners360 (OP360) has strengthened its commitment to education through concurrent community outreach programs in Colombia and the Philippines this past January, benefiting 582 students and teachers across multiple institutions.
Global educational impact reaches hundreds
Adopt-a-School initiative was conducted in Barranquilla, Colombia delivering educational resources to Colegio Alberto Assa, demonstrating the company’s focus on supporting local education.
Through the philanthropic arm of the company, OP360 Cares, they expanded their educational support through a gift-giving program which benefited 484 teachers and 98 students within multiple schools across the Philippines. The initiative recently won the Gold Award in Education for the 2024 Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR).
“Seeing the children’s faces light up with every donation reinforces the impact of giving back. Our amazing team’s generosity has made this possible, and we’re committed to creating lasting positive change in our community,” said Karen Gomez, Facilities Manager at OP360.
This comprehensive approach to community engagement showcases how businesses can play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change in education environments and promoting social welfare.
Educational empowerment and partnership building
Educational outreach efforts in Colombia and the Philippines have significantly enhanced learning environments and fostered strong partnerships with local educational institutions.
In the Philippines, the company inaugurated new facilities worth ₱500,000 for Special Education (SPED) learners at Don Vicente Rama Memorial Elementary School which marks its fourth year of partnership between OP360, showing the company’s sustained commitment to support specialized education.
“We are blessed and lucky to have OP360 as our partner.” We are thankful for the generous donation to our SPED learners,” said Phamela Oliva as she expressed her gratitude for OP360’s generosity, emphasizing its positive impact on SPED learners.
This highlights why businesses need to collaborate with educational institutions to tailor support measures by working closely with schools to deliver assistance that best serves individual necessities, which span from facility enhancement to resource distribution for community engagement.
As noted by Senior Human Resources Manager Mary Emgy Garces, these initiatives build meaningful connections with educators and reinforce the company’s values of community engagement.
OP360 is ranked #286 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The company is also subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
