Open Access BPO expands Las Vegas operations

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Open Access BPO will be moving its Las Vegas office to a new location as part of the company’s three-year, US$20-million investment roadmap to develop its global operations and bolster its highly-skilled multilingual workforce.
This move will initiate a significant shift for Open Access BPO Las Vegas from the company’s sales office to an operational touchpoint for their onshore staffing solution.
Aside from accommodating their expanding team, Open Access BPO CEO Ben Davidowitz said that the relocation will allow the company “to provide seamless 24/7 onshoring solutions to more businesses in the United States.”
Open Access BPO Las Vegas’ first site-managed program is set to launch shortly after moving into its new office.
