Outsource-Philippines stays resilient despite pandemic

Philippines’ leading shared services and BPO provider Outsource-Philippines remains to be one of the top companies in the outsourcing industry despite the lingering effects of the pandemic thanks to its workforce’s resilience.
In a press release, the company said that they had created “opportunities in line with workforce resiliency” during the pandemic. For the past two years, the outsourcing agency managed to open new jobs in data annotation, digital marketing, website management, and creative designs for the local job market.
Outsource-Philippines President and Founder Larry Mercado said that “despite the pandemic, we are making a continuous effort to improve our service offerings and we are making sure that we equip our employees with the right tools and proper training. In this way, they will not only help to grow the company, but as an individual, they will be able to compete with different skilled professionals outside of the company.”
“We value every employee, and we always want to have room for growth and improvement so that, for the next 10 to 15 years, we will see everyone, including the company, achieving success,” Mercado added.
