HONG KONG, CHINA — HR Asia, a leading publication in the human resources industry, has announced the winners of its prestigious HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024 awards.
This year, several outsourcing firms have been recognized for their exceptional HR practices, highlighting their commitment to fostering dynamic and inclusive workplace environments.

NashTech emerged as the sole outsourcing firm recognized in Vietnam, underscoring its commitment to exemplary HR practices.
Taiwan
DXC Technology Taiwan was the only outsourcing company honored, showcasing its dedication to a vibrant and diverse workplace.
Indonesia
Concentrix Services Indonesia and Elabram Group were among the 70 companies recognized for their outstanding HR practices, highlighting their focus on inclusivity and employee satisfaction.
Hong Kong
Knight Frank and KPMG were the outsourcing firms included in the list of 53 recognized companies, demonstrating their commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
Outsource Accelerator’s Source Partners recognized
In addition to these achievements, Outsource Accelerator’s (OA) Source Partners Emapta, Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), and Outsourced were acknowledged for their operations in the Philippines.

William Ng, group publisher of HR Asia, noted the challenges and opportunities presented by the growing number of Zoomers in the workforce.
“The life experiences and expectations of the younger generation are entirely different from the previous generations, potentially creating discord in the workplace,” he stated.
He emphasized the importance of inclusivity and active listening in enhancing employee satisfaction and mitigating potential workplace discord.

This year, HR Asia experienced a surge in nominations, highlighting the increasing focus on workplace excellence across the region. A total of 310 companies competed fiercely to be recognized as leaders in employee satisfaction, welfare, and development.
An impressive 221,691 survey participants from the Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Hong Kong shared their valuable insights and experiences, offering a detailed view of the workplace landscape in these areas.
These contributions demonstrate a strong commitment to improving work environments and emphasize the crucial role of employee voices in shaping organizational culture and practices.
