Outsourcing leaders join Kantar’s most valuable brand list

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Major outsourcing and IT services firms continue to grow their brand values as they land spots in Kantar Brandz 2023 Most Valuable Global Brands list.
Nine outsourcing giants made the top 100 list, led by IBM at #17 with a brand value of US$87.6 billion. The firm is well known for its finance and accounting and its HR and talent outsourcing services.
Meanwhile, Accenture secured the #22 spot with a brand value of US$73.6 billion.
Also in the top 100 are Tata Consultancy Services at #42, Salesforce at #49, Infosys at #66, J.P. Morgan at #68, Chase at #75, Siemens at #77, and NTT at #84.
Despite a 20% drop in the overall index compared to 2022, this year’s top 100 brands grew 47% compared to pre-pandemic levels in 2019, demonstrating resilience and the power of strong brands.
According to Kantar, strong demand for digital transformation services drives global outsourcing firms’ brand value.
However, just like all sectors, economic uncertainty and strong pressure to lower costs also affect growth in the outsourcing industry.
