PANW offers extended security to remote workers, SMEs with Okyo Garde

Cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks (PANW) launched their new cloud-based enterprise-class security solution called Okyo Garde that is specifically developed for work at home employees and small businesses.
Okyo Garde is created to secure remote work settings in companies that can be easily compromised by cybercriminals who want to open a gateway into the enterprise network.
The security solution highlights the importance for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) to make sure that future and existing customers have no security holes in their remote work environment.
PANW executive vice president Mario Queiroz said that their new service has a “pure world-class security with constantly updated threat intelligence, the same technology that secures some of the world’s largest companies, banks, hospitals, and the rest of our 85,000 worldwide customers.”
Okyo Garde subscriptions will start at $349/year and include a mesh-enabled Wi-Fi 6 system. It can now be pre-ordered in the United States and is expected to ship this fall.
