Payoneer champions inclusive leadership in Cebu BPOs

CEBU, PHILIPPINES — Payoneer recently hosted the WOMENtrepreneurs Meetup at the Dusit Thani Mactan in Cebu to promote inclusive leadership in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector.
The event was organized to foster a diverse and inclusive environment in the BPO sector, particularly in growth centers such as Cebu.
Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) Managing Director Rosario Cajucom-Bradbury highlighted the importance of inclusive leadership in the outsourcing industry.

The meetup also featured a panel discussion where BPO leaders shared inspiring stories. Zana Gawan-Taylor, CEO and Founder of BSA Solutions, spoke about the fulfillment she derives from guiding her company and team towards success.
Meanwhile, 2XYou founder Le-an Lai Lacaba shared her focus on growing her business to its full potential and expanding it worldwide to provide more opportunities.
Connie Barrientos-Carey, the founder of Aleph Talent, highlighted her company’s dedication to offering valuable services and creating opportunities for the community.
