Payoneer looking to strengthen partnerships with BPOs

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — American financial services firm Payoneer is looking to “intensify” its collaborations with outsourcing companies in the country.
“I think it’s really important to bring together all the different stakeholders that are involved in cross-border international business so we can interact, engage, and learn from each other on how to take the customer experience to the next level,” said Miguel Warren, Payoneer Regional Vice President of South East Asia during an event hosted by the company.
Paynoeer noted that the BPO industry remains to be a “reliable source” of employment in the country.
Warren said Payoneer’s goal is “to help customers grow internationally, to go global, and to be able to help them realize ‘all the potential that tomorrow holds.’”
He added that taking the leap means “staying true” to their goal of connecting more freelancers, online outsourcing businesses and BPOs to “global opportunities.”
Payoneer offers multi-currency payment methods for BPO services.
