PE firm Everstone selling IT services company Everise
Private equity fund Everstone Capital is reportedly selling IT services firm Everise Holdings in a deal worth US$300m. Everstone had partnered with Sunrise BPO in 2016 to launch Everise, which has 12,000 employees globally with offices in 13 locations, including the Philippines.
Everise focuses on customer experience, digital experience, and product exchange by leveraging AI. The company expanded its presence in seven operating centers across the US, the Philippines, and Guatemala, with about 8,000 employees, after acquiring US-based BPO firm C3.
Since then, the firm has done a series of acquisitions and partnerships, including a deal with Microsoft and a joint venture with Korean BPO UBase in Malaysia.
