Pepper Advantage Hub to launch a major outsourcing business in Fiji
Pepper Advantage Hub, a global credit intelligence company, will launch a major outsourcing business in Fiji to provide efficient operational capabilities to new and existing clients.
In the next three to five years, the company said it will invest millions of dollars in IT infrastructure, software development, training and sponsorships to be in alignment with their expansion beyond its traditional financial services market to other sectors that have a large customer service requirement.
Pepper Advantage Chief Executive, Fraser Gemmell says they see a strong opportunity to invest in Fiji.
In line with the plans of expansion, the company is aiming to recruit a workforce of at least 800 to 1000 within five years.
