PH back to moderate risk as new COVID-19 cases decline

The Philippines is back to a moderate risk classification due to the declining number of COVID-19 cases, according to the Department of Health (DOH) Epidemiology Bureau director Dr. Alethea De Guzman.
During a news conference in Malacañang, Guzman said that the new infections dropped by 4% over the past two weeks, compared to the 27% positive growth three to four weeks ago.
