Poland seeks tech, agri partnerships with PH

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said its representatives virtually met with the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Poland Ministry of Economic Development last week, as Poland seeks economic ventures in the Philippine technology and agriculture sectors.
In turn, the Philippines is interested to promote its semiconductors and information technology to Europe, said Philippine Trade and Investment Center – Berlin Commercial Counsellor Althea Antonio.
Further, Philippine trade representatives also encouraged investors from the European country to explore joint ventures and distribution deals for high-value crops that have seen strong demand from the European Union, like coconut, bananas, and processed mangoes, and pineapples.
