Poland tops destinations for Shared Service Centers
Poland is a leading location for Shared Services Centers (SSC), bolstering the country’s claim to be a top SSC in Europe, according to a report by consulting firm Deloitte.
“Respondents from the consumer goods sector as well as financial institutions, indicate Poland as a leader of preferred locations for Shared Services Centres along with India and the United States,” said Pawel Splawski, partner and leader of Deloitte’s Global Business Services in Central Europe.
The 2021 Global Shared Services and Outsourcing Survey revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic has emphasized innovation in generating business value.
To increase profits and reduce costs, organizations are becoming more reliant on global models of providing services and are investing in the strategic possibilities of shared services centers.
