Premier BPO acquires North American contact center, expands right-shoring
TENNESSEE, UNITED STATES — Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) firm Premier BPO has acquired a North American contact center, enhancing its right-shoring services to its client base in the U.S. and Canada.
Through this initiative, Premier BPO expands its service offerings with additional industry expertise, multilingual support, and North American operations. The enhanced right-shoring capabilities will allow Premier BPO’s clients to cut costs, increase operational efficiency, and unlock new revenue streams.
Investopedia defines right-shoring as “the placement of a business’s components and processes in localities and countries that provide the best combination of cost and efficiency.”
“Rather than build and iterate, we are using an accretive approach to meet clients’ diverse needs. We often hear companies looking for both onshore and offshore outsourcing options to support their modern organizational designs which require unique needs across different functions,” Premier BPO Chief Executive Officer Ali Din noted.
The acquisition also effectively expands Premier BPO’s footprint and boosts its service offerings in the consumer packaged goods, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, beauty care, and wellness industries.
Earlier this month, the firm acquired outsourcing firm Stafford Communications Group. Premier BPO secured the 162nd spot in the 2023 Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2024 edition of the OA500 will be released next month.
