Prohuman expands into facility, contact services with 2 acquisitions

BUDAPEST, HUNGARY — Hungary’s HR services provider Prohuman Group has expanded its outsourcing portfolio by acquiring majority stakes in facility management firm Green Vector and contact center specialist Protocall, positioning itself as a diversified provider of labor-driven solutions across Central Europe.
Financial terms of both deals were not disclosed.
Strategic expansion into Green Vector facility management
In October 2024, Prohuman secured a 75% stake in Green Vector Kft., a Budapest-based facility management company operational since 1995. Green Vector provides tailored services for office complexes, industrial sites, residential buildings, and sports facilities, emphasizing sustainability through its “Environmentally Friendly Service” certification.
The acquisition aligns with Prohuman’s strategy to integrate sectors that complement its core HR operations while addressing the growing demand for green infrastructure solutions.
Contact center acquisition strengthens digital services
Prohuman Group further solidified its market reach in January 2025 by fully acquiring Protocall Kft., a domestic contact center leader since 2009. Protocall specializes in telesales, customer support, and back-office services for clients in energy, finance, logistics, and e-commerce.
By joining Prohuman’s regional network spanning seven countries, Protocall aims to extend its operations beyond Hungary, leveraging the parent company’s cross-border resources.
Regional growth and integration strategy
“The acquisition of Green Vector and Protocall gives us the opportunity to support our clients’ operations in addition to HR services with sustainable and innovative services that can optimize, make their operations greener and more cost-effective – all from a single source,” said Sándor Zakor, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prohuman Group.
“These two acquisitions fit well into the growth strategy of the group, which aims to make Prohuman Group the leading HR service provider in Hungary and the number one player in the region.”
The group, which employs 25,000 daily across Central Europe, will retain existing management at both subsidiaries while driving business development through its newly formed Prohuman BPO division. This unit consolidates non-traditional HR services, including financial subsidiaries Finance Care and Finance Sales, under a single operational framework.
