Proman revenue up by 9.85% in 2023

MANOSQUE, FRANCE — Global staffing firm Proman announced a 9.85% increase in its 2023 revenue, reaching nearly €4.11 billion ($4.53 billion).
The firm attributed to organic expansion across its markets and a series of strategic acquisitions, including Pennsylvania-based staffing provider Peopleshare, which added 105 offices in the U.S. across 18 states.
The company’s growth trajectory in the U.S. began in 2018 with the acquisition of Paramount Staffing and continued with National Skilled Trades Masters in 2022 and TalentForce in 2019.
In addition to its U.S. expansion, Proman also acquired stakes in Aksis Moovéus, a French career transition services provider, and iziwork, a digital staffing firm with a significant presence in France and Italy, boasting over 7,000 temporary workers.
President Roland Gomez emphasized the company’s commitment to growth without losing its foundational values.
“Beyond the figures, Proman’s ambition has been the same since day one: to grow while retaining our family DNA, to offer the best service to the companies that place their trust in us, and to find a job for those who don’t have one,” he stated.
With over 1,000 branches in 17 countries and employing more than 100,000 temporary workers daily in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and logistics, Proman is on a clear path to achieve its ambitious revenue target of €6 billion ($6.48 billion) by 2025.
