ProPharma taps Gashwiler to lead MedTech operations
NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES — Research consulting organization (RCO) ProPharma Group (ProPharma) has appointed Vicki Gashwiler as Vice President of Clinical Operations for their Medical Technology organization.
Prior to joining ProPharma, Gashwiler was the Senior Director of Medical Device & Diagnostic Research at CRO ICON plc from July 2023 to January 2024. Gashwiler also held leadership roles in various healthcare firms, including SpineThera, Premier Research, and Novella Clinical.
Gashwiler is a registered nurse who started her medical career at the Benefis Health System, a not-for-profit community health system in Montana. She also had stints at Missoula Bone & Joint Surgical Center, Providence St. Patrick Hospital, and the International Heart Institute of Montana.

In December 2023, ProPharma acquired Croatia-based RCO Clinres Farmacija. The purchase expands ProPharma’s presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
Clinres Farmacija operates in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Georgia, and Albania.
