Provisions Group acquires Hammrtech to enhance AI services

TENNESSEE, UNITED STATES — Franklin-based IT consulting and staffing solutions leader Provisions Group has acquired Knoxville’s AI specialty firm Hammrtech.
The acquisition marks an expansion for Provisions Group, enhancing its capabilities in cybersecurity, software, and cloud services while adding cutting-edge AI solutions to its portfolio.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Strengthening Tennessee’s tech landscape with Provisions Group
Provisions Group, founded in 2003, has established itself as a prominent player in the IT consulting and staffing sector.
With over 200 team members nationwide, the company offers a wide range of services, including cloud-first solutions, IT advisory and strategy, application development, and cybersecurity.
The acquisition of Hammrtech not only broadens Provisions Group’s service offerings but also extends its geographical reach within Tennessee, with a new satellite office in Knoxville.

The merger promises to deliver more robust technology solutions to clients, combining Provisions Group’s extensive IT consulting experience with Hammrtech’s AI expertise.

The company’s annual revenue is estimated at $35.8 million.
Meanwhile, Hammrtech provides high-tech solutions for cybersecurity, cloud services, and software development. It is also a Microsoft Silver Partner and Cloud Service Provider, offering Microsoft 365 suite and Azure products.
