Quess Corp expands with food services acquisition

BENGALURU, INDIA — Staffing and business services provider Quess Corp has announced the acquisition of Archer Integrated Services and Astrin Traders’ food catering and facility management operations for INR 110 million (US$1.3 million).
Strategic expansion in South India
The acquisition strengthens Quess Corp’s Operating Asset Management (OAM) division by expanding its food services footprint in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh’s manufacturing sector. This move enables Quess Corp to deliver comprehensive facility management solutions, including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and food services in these regions.
The transaction is expected to conclude before March 31, 2025, requiring no regulatory approvals. The deal structure involves installment payments contingent upon meeting specific agreed conditions.

Quess Corp, established in 2007, has grown into a global powerhouse with over 600,000 employees serving more than 3,000 clients across nine countries. The company generates annual revenue of INR 199.34 billion (US$2.3 billion) and maintains operations across India, Southeast Asia, North America, and the Middle East.
The company’s comprehensive service portfolio includes workforce management, operating asset management, and global technology solutions. It posted a 9% year-on-year increase in revenue for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, reaching INR 51.79 billion (US$616 million).
Archer Integrated Services, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Chennai, specializes in cleaning equipment, housekeeping solutions, and facility management services. The company has shown strong financial performance, with a 38.85% increase in profit and a 19.83% growth in net worth for FY 2023.
This acquisition aligns with Quess Corp’s transformation from a traditional staffing company to a technology-led business solutions provider.
