Quess Corp’s tech division rebrands, appoints key leaders

BENGALURU, INDIA — Indian business services provider Quess Corp is set to transform its Global Technology Solutions (GTS) division into Digitide Solutions Ltd.
This strategic move, part of a broader demerger strategy, aims to strengthen the company’s global presence and redefine its market identity in the technology and outsourcing solutions sector.
Industry veterans join leadership team
To drive this transformation, Quess Corp has made two leadership appointments:
Saket Bhatnagar joins as Chief Growth & Revenue Officer. With 29 years of experience in innovative organizations like Amazon (AWS), Accenture, and HCL, Bhatnagar will spearhead the company’s global growth strategy. His focus will be on revenue generation, digital growth, and incorporating advanced analytics and AI-driven tools into the company’s offerings.
Paresh Vankar takes on the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Vankar, with over two decades of experience at HCL and LTIMindtree, will lead the marketing strategy. His responsibilities include enhancing brand visibility, building customer relationships, and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns.

Quess Corp, established in Bengaluru in 2007, leverages its domain knowledge and digital platforms to enhance client productivity through outsourced solutions.
Gurmeet Chahal, CEO of Quess GTS, expressed confidence in the new appointments, stating, “Their expertise comes at a crucial time as we drive the $1 billion vision for GTS in technology and outsourcing. These appointments reflect our commitment to delivering AI driven cutting-edge solutions while driving sustainable growth.”
The rebranding of GTS to Digitide Solutions Ltd. comes after Quess Corp announced the acquisition of Archer Integrated Services and Astrin Traders’ food catering and facility management operations for INR 110 million (US$1.3 million).
The company’s comprehensive service portfolio includes workforce management, operating asset management, and global technology solutions. It posted a 9% year-on-year increase in revenue for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, reaching INR 51.79 billion (US$616 million).
