R1 celebrates PH entry with recruitment training

Revenue cycle solutions provider R1 is commemorating its expansion in the Philippines with training the first wave of their newly-recruited talents in the country.

In a statement, the company said that their choice of opening a facility in the country complements their core vision of bringing “the best people and technology to deliver innovative solutions that simplify the health care experience.”
Outsourcing veteran and R1 Country Manager Roger Salazar said, “We believe that the Filipino talent possesses the highest levels of discipline, passion and commitment.”
He added that they are confident that they could attract 900 talented new hires in the country.
Meanwhile, R1 Vice President Kyle Sherer said that they are looking forward to “employing dedicated individuals whose diverse experiences would make a difference to our growing global footprint.”
R1’s Wave 1 newly hired employees are expected to stand as the pioneers and core foundation of the firm’s operations in the Philippines.
