RCG acquires Woodridge, expands fintech capabilities
NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — RCG Global Services, a worldwide provider of digital transformation services, has announced the acquisition of Colorado-based FinTech software development company Woodridge Software.
This acquisition will notably broaden RCG’s service delivery capabilities in the U.S. and deepen its offerings within the financial services market.
Woodridge Software boasts a strong track record of successfully delivering projects to banks and credit unions in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
With expertise in creating revenue-generating products and services for financial institutions, its customer-centric approach to software development and extensive experience in secure banking systems integration aligns well with RCG’s service portfolio.
“In joining the RCG team, Woodridge clients have access to a larger portfolio of solution offerings as well as access to world class offshore service delivery,” said RCG CEO Ramesh Ramani.
The synergy of Woodridge’s skilled onshore team and RCG’s offshore resources in India and the Philippines positions the combined entity to tackle larger projects and deliver superior service.
RCG’s recent M&A activity was in 2019, when it acquired the Indian company Ti Technologies.
