Recruiter.com appoints Granger Whitelaw as new CEO

OKLAHOMA, UNITED STATES — Recruiter.com has announced the appointment of Granger Whitelaw as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Miles Jennings.
Whitelaw brings over three decades of leadership experience in finance, operations, sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
He is also well-versed in business development across multiple industries, including media, aviation, racing, entertainment, software, technology, consumer products, and real estate.
“We’re confident that this bold step will help improve our short-term position and create long-term value,” said Jennings, expressing enthusiasm about aligning strategic initiatives to unlock further shareholder value.
The leadership change was announced during the company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on March 22, 2024.
Jennings, who co-founded Recruiter.com and led it to its Nasdaq listing, will continue to contribute as a Director, interim Chief Financial Officer, and CEO of a subsidiary.
The company also announced changes to its Board of Directors. Whitelaw and Lillian Mbeki will replace Timothy O’Rourke and Robert Heath.
Recruiter.com emphasized its commitment to driving operational efficiency and growth through strategic realignment and technology solutions, positioning itself as a forerunner in the artificial intelligence solutions ecosystem.
Staffing company Job Mobz is expected to complete its acquisition of Recruiter.com Group, Inc.’s assets and the Recruiter.com domain name by March 31, 2024.
