Red Cerberus acquired by TestFly in video game expansion deal
NEVADA, UNITED STATES — Red Cerberus, a video game testing and outsourcing company based in São Paulo, Brazil, has been acquired by TestFly, a quality assurance (QA) solutions provider for the gaming industry.
While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, reports suggest the transaction may have been valued at $1.5 million in cash.
