Remote work booms with high pay
NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — The remote work revolution is transforming the modern workplace, with a recent survey predicting 60% of the United States workforce will be working remotely by 2024.
This shift is driven by the benefits of remote work, including increased productivity, better wellbeing, and personalized workspaces.
According to the FlexJobs report, over half of employees would quit if forced to return to the office, valuing remote opportunities over salary.
Salary.com, Mondo, and Glassdoor report some of the highest-paying remote jobs:
- Lead Software Engineer, combining technical expertise and leadership, earning an average $122,667.
- Cybersecurity Engineer, safeguarding digital infrastructure, averaging $149,617.
- Program Delivery Director, overseeing project success, earning around $185,000.
- Product Manager, guiding product life cycles, earning $110,422 to $193,000.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Scientist, at the cutting edge of AI, with salaries from $130,000 to over $1 million.
“Ultimately, landing a high-paying remote job will take considerable research, dedication, and strong work ethic on your part,” corporate career coach Rachel Wells explained.
“But with a solid plan, it is achievable, and you can experience a fulfilling career while defining your work environment and creating a comfortable space to experience the best of both worlds.”
