Remotify CEO reports record-high revenue, client retention rate

BANGALORE, INDIA — Employer of record solutions provider Remotify reports an unprecedented 2176% revenue growth in 2022, showcasing the high demand for remote outsourcing.
The company also boasted a 92% client retention rate and increased organic web traffic by almost 600% in the previous year.
In an exclusive interview with Women Entrepreneur India, Remotify Founder and CEO Maria Sucgang said the expansion was “made possible by thorough preparation, strategic judgment, and a commitment to providing customers with value.”
Sucgang says they have seen customers grow their teams by 500% and won multiple additional clients through word-of-mouth referrals.
“We prioritize developing close relationships with our customers and offering great service, which leads to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth,” Sucgang explained.
Sucgang is featured on the cover of Women Entrepreneur India this month as one of the “Top 10 Women Startup Founders from Asia – 2023”. There she shared her journey in transforming the landscape of remote work in the Philippines as a female business leader.
The trailblazing entrepreneur said one of the significant gaps she discovered when she established Remotify in 2021 was that Filipino remote workers were typically gig workers with no employers on record.
“We want to reverse that and give these remote workers respect and security. As the employer of record, we handle everything from HR to payroll to hiring,” Sucgang added.
