S4Capital announces merger of its subsidiaries

Advertising agency S4Capital has announced the merger between its digital production company subsidiary Media.Monks and its newly acquired Colombia-based digital engineering firm Zemoga.
This partnership will enable the development of a third practice area for the advertising firm that is centered around Technology Services.
S4Capital’s Executive Chairman Martin Sorrell said that entering the technology services industry through Zemoga will help them complete the positions of “Chief Technology or Information Officer, as well as the Chief Marketing and Chief Sales Officer. ”
Meanwhile, Media.Monks Co-Founder and S4Capital Executive Director Wesley ter Haar added that the Colombian firm’s “ability to marry deep engineering skills across multiple platforms, at enterprise scale, coupled with best in class experience is a perfect fit.”
Zemoga specializes in product design, engineering, and delivery services to its clients across multiple verticals. It also has offices located in Los Angeles, New York, and Connecticut, with delivery centers in the Colombian cities of Bogota, Cali, Medellin, and Barranquilla.
