Sagility announces new delivery center in Jamaica

COLORADO, UNITED STATES — Sagility, a Denver-based provider of business process management (BPM) services to the U.S. healthcare industry, has announced the launch of its new site in Angels, Jamaica.
The move signals Sagility’s further expansion into the Jamaican BPM market, where it has already earned accolades as an exemplary employer.
The new delivery center can accommodate roughly 1,200 staff. This marks a significant addition to Sagility’s existing workforce, which already stands at over 3,600 across four centers in Kingston.
Operations at the Angels site will begin in June, leveraging Jamaica’s business process outsourcing (BPO) proficiency to strengthen Sagility’s nearshore operations serving U.S. clients.
“Jamaica has been a vital geography for Sagility’s nearshore operations, with immense potential for growth in the BPM sector. In recent years, technology innovation, including automation, has quickly moved Jamaica up the value chain as a BPO process excellence and innovation hub. We continue to build on that here,” said Ramesh Gopalan, Group CEO of Sagility.
Sagility has decades of expertise in the healthcare domain. The company provides customer services involving clinical operations, member engagement, provider solutions, payment integrity, claims cost containment, and analytics.
