Sally Beauty partners with Infosys for AI-driven transformation

BENGALURU, INDIA and TEXAS, UNITED STATES — International beauty retailer and distributor Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. (SBH) recently announced its collaboration with Infosys, a global digital services and consulting giant.
This partnership aims to revolutionize SBH’s IT operations through the implementation of AI-driven hyper-automation and best practices in IT service delivery.
Modernizing IT infrastructure
The collaboration will focus on standardizing and simplifying SBH’s IT systems and services. By leveraging Infosys Topaz, an AI-first enterprise stack, SBH will be able to activate enhanced IT services with 24/7 predictive and proactive monitoring. This move aligns with SBH’s “Fuel for Growth” initiative, which seeks to modernize the company’s IT service delivery.
