BRISTOL, UNITED KINGDOM — Talent solutions provider Sanderson has announced its acquisition of Outsource UK, a move set to bolster both companies’ capabilities and market reach.
This strategic merger combines Sanderson’s global presence with Outsource UK’s specialized expertise, creating a powerhouse in talent solutions.
Expanded service portfolio and market reach
This merger combines Sanderson’s expertise in recruitment, managed service provider (MSP), and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) with Outsource’s strong presence in technology, engineering, and logistics recruitment.
The acquisition will significantly enhance Sanderson’s service offerings, particularly in technology and engineering recruitment for the UK defense industry, as well as supply chain and logistics sectors. With a combined workforce of nearly 4,000 under management across the UK, the new entity is poised to offer comprehensive talent acquisition solutions to a broader client base.
Global reach and strategic growth
Sanderson, already operating across Europe, Asia, and the United States, will leverage Outsource UK’s strong position to develop opportunities with existing clients further and extend UK MSP arrangements into new geographical territories.
This expansion aligns with Sanderson’s strategy of seeking opportunities in new sectors and geographies following its successful acquisitions of iKas International, Sopra Steria Recruitment, and Highams in recent years.
Synergy in values and growth potential
