Virtual agents will help alleviate the human agent’s workload
The virtual agents are self-learning and are capable of handling sudden increases in demand. They will enable human agents to focus on complex tasks and nuanced inquiries.
According to the firm, Moveo.ai’s agent can automate over 70% of customer support operations, including order reschedules, transaction status reviews, and more, via seamless integration with CRMs, ERPs, and other tech.
