Scottish outsourcing firm to open 100 new jobs

Scottish customer service outsourcing firm Kura has announced its plan to open 100 new jobs in its head office after winning a contract with its new financial services client.
Chief executive Brian Bannatynenoted in a statement that “We know that our people in Glasgow will deliver outstanding customer experience results for our client and transform the service to their customers.”
The Glasgow-based company’s new contract begins this month and they are expecting to hire new employees in both home and office-based roles.
Kura is the largest independent outsourcer in the UK. It currently has over 2,400 workers in the UK and South Africa with clients across 16 countries.
