SEDCO launches new solutions on phygital CX

The new solutions complete the company’s FASTSERV platform, facilitating a seamless blend of physical and digital customer journeys.
FASTSERV Mobile lets customers plan their branch visits, book appointments, and issue e-tickets smoothly. Meanwhile, FASTSERV Meet offers virtual appointments through video calls, streamlining service delivery, and negating the need for physical visits.
