Sinecure.ai acquires Grace Blue to expand recruitment AI
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Sinecure.ai, a talent discovery and vetting software provider, has enhanced its recruitment solutions by acquiring executive search firm Grace Blue Partnership.
The acquisition will enable Sinecure to expand its recruitment offerings to include junior, mid-level, and C-suite roles.
It harnesses artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLM) to streamline staffing, improve prospect quality, and reduce human bias.
Grace Blue Partnership’s clients include firms from consumer brands and agencies, sports, media and entertainment. It has offices in New York, London, and Singapore.
Following Ian Priest’s exit from his role at Sinecure board, Grace Blue Global Chief Executive Officer Jay Haines will be the president of the merged company.
