Sitel retains 16-year streak in IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 List
Global customer experience (CX) products and solutions provider Sitel Group was included on the International Association of Global Outsourcing Professionals’ (IAOP) Global Outsourcing 100 list for the 16th consecutive year.
According to the firm, this recognition demonstrates its commitment to providing excellence and continuous improvement in the outsourcing industry.
