PH-based SixEleven to fill up 5K seats by 2025

DAVAO, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm SixEleven Global Services and Solutions wants to double its current 2,500 agents to 5,000 by 2025.
According to SixEleven CEO Michael Bian, the company has gone far from having only 20 agents during its establishment in 2005.
Highlighting the company’s success, Bian stated that SixEleven grew by staying faithful to its aim of helping customers and putting people at the heart of its operations.
The CEO added that SixEleven’s pleasant, well-appointed environment helps its employees be more productive. Employees also engage in various team-building activities while the management keeps the communication line open, causing a lower turnover.
Bian also noted that the firm is adept at various services and is ready to adapt to new technological innovations in the industry.
The company services 90 clients worldwide in health care, technology, e-commerce retail, customer service, telemarketing, and back-office support. It caters to companies of all sizes, including large, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
