MANILA, PHILIPPINES — SixEleven Global Services and Solutions received three Circle of Excellence recognitions at the Asia CEO Awards 2026 on Oct. 13, one for the company and two for its chief executive, Michael Bian. The company was recognized in the Apex Company of the Year category, while Bian was named in the Entrepreneur of the Year and IT-BPM TechBlazer of the Year categories.
Three recognitions in one year
The awards name one Grand Winner in each category, with Circle of Excellence awardees recognized alongside, according to the organizers’ 2026 winners page. Every finalist was selected through the same independent process, validated by PwC and scored by the same panel, the page says.
From roughly 45 nominations per category, PwC and the judges select 10 to 14 finalists.
Apex Company of the Year is open to organizations whose success is considered significant to the development of the country’s economy and society. Entrepreneur of the Year is open to people who started enterprises from scratch and built them into larger organizations, while IT-BPM TechBlazer of the Year is open to IT and business process management leaders overseeing a Philippine organization.
“This is a testament to the work we do and the successful relationships we build with our clients,” Bian told Outsource Accelerator.
From 20 agents to 8,000
SixEleven started in Davao with 20 agents in 2005 and now puts its headcount at about 8,000. The company was also recognized in the CSR Company of the Year category at last year’s Asia CEO Awards.
On Oct. 10, it brought 390 people to Davao City for its annual Team Leader Summit. The company says 70% of its leadership roles are filled through internal promotion.
What it means for buyers
Three recognitions from a single independently validated process give buyers one more reference point, alongside headcount and internal promotion, when shortlisting a Philippine provider.
