SixEleven partners with consumer brands to expand ops

DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider SixEleven Global Services recently partnered with major consumer brands in the Philippines to expand its operations.
SixEleven COO William Wijangco announced the partnerships but did not disclose details due to non-disclosure agreements. The new clients are said to be major consumer labels and brands in the Philippines.
The partnerships were revealed during SixEleven’s annual Gratitude Advent Tree lighting ceremony in December 2023. The event celebrates the company’s achievements and employees.
Among SixEleven’s 2023 accomplishments were being named Top B2B Call Center by Clutch Awards and renewing its PCI DSS certification.
Currently, SixEleven employs 3,500 people in Davao City and General Santos City. Launched in 2006 with just 16 seats, it has grown into a full-service BPO firm offering customer support and back-office services to over 90 international clients.
The firm aims to increase its workforce to 5,000 by 2025. Its new site under construction in Cagayan de Oro City, expected to open by mid-2024, will support expansion plans.
SixEleven provides back-office support, including incentive invoices and onboarding services. It is currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
