SoftwareReviews releases best CCaaS gold medalists

SoftwareReviews published its 2022 Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Data Quadrant, including the top four providers in the enterprise software market this year.
The winners have been named Gold Medalists based on the feedback gathered from software buyers via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey.
Included in the list are contact center software firms Five9 Virtual Contact Center, Avaya OneCloud, Genesys Cloud CX, and NICE.
Explaining their winning characteristics, SoftwareReviews said that Five9 Virtual Contact Center got the highest CS score with 8.3 for the platform’s screen prompts, call scripting, and call flow management.
Meanwhile, Avaya OneCloud earned 8.2 CS from Software Reviews due to its recordings and multichannel integration functions.
Genesys Cloud CX also got an 8.2 CS for multichannel queue management and ease of implementation. Lastly, NICE was given an 8.2 CSfo r skills-based routing and breadth of features.
Software providers are ranked by a composite satisfaction score (CS) that averages end-user evaluation across four different areas: Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, and Likeliness to Recommend.
Moreover, the CCaaS providers with the top scores are recognized by SoftwareReviews as Gold Medalists for the year.
