Sourcefit BPO spreads random acts of kindness

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Outsourced services provider Sourcefit celebrated Random Acts of Kindness Day by giving back to the community.
“At Sourcefit, we are more than just a company. We are a community devoted to making a difference and fostering a sense of unity and support in all our endeavors,” the company wrote in an entry posted on their social media page.
The company’s employees gave out food baskets to individuals in a community in Quezon City.
“We believe that every act of kindness, no matter how small, has the power to create a ripple effect of positivity in our community,” the post read.
“Our devotion to making a difference extends beyond just one day a year. Whether through supporting local initiatives or taking steps to lower our carbon footprint, we are constantly seeking ways to support and uplift our community,” Sourcefit further said.
Sourcefit is ranked 147th in the Time Doctor OA500, an index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. It is also currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence. The program also co-promotes its partner BPOs to OA’s web traffic and inbound leads and assists them in generating sales.
