SSG acquires Innovative Vision
Global omnichannel outsourcing firm Support Services Group (SSG) has bolstered its operations in Jamaica and Canada through the acquisition of Toronto-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company Innovative Vision.
Founded in 2002 by its CEO Sajan Choksi, Innovative Vision has started as a small company with a few clients and developed into a firm with over 900 employees that are catering to leading technology & e-commerce brands.
In a statement released by SSG, CEO Bryan Gross called Innovative Vision a great company with a “strong culture and leadership.” He added that the partnership is the perfect solution for their clients who are looking for “quality delivery options.”
Meanwhile, Choksi highlighted their eagerness to see “what the future holds as we continue this journey together to build something truly special within the CX space.”
