NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Inc. Business Media recently unveiled its 2024 Inc. 5000 list, highlighting the fastest-growing private companies in America.

Among the top performers in the staffing sector, DQS Solutions & Staffing leads the charge, securing the 22nd spot on the list. Close behind are Gordian Staffing and Segment HR, ranked 29th and 32nd, respectively. These companies have demonstrated remarkable growth, navigating inflationary pressures and hiring challenges with agility and innovation.
Blu Omega, StaffDNA, and Hiring4Less also made impressive appearances, ranking 53rd, 83rd, and 96th. UPSTACK, meanwhile, came in at 101st.
Outsource Accelerator’s Source Partners make their mark
Outsource Accelerator’s Source Partners, including Virtual Latinos, The Call Gurus, Innowise, Connext, Enshored, and 20four7VA, have also been recognized for their outstanding growth.

Inc. 5000 2024 methodology
The Inc. 5000 2024 list ranks companies based on their revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. To make the cut, a company must have been established and earning by March 31, 2020. It also needs to be based in the United States, privately owned, for-profit, and independent as of December 31, 2023.
In 2020, companies needed a minimum revenue of $100,000, jumping to $2 million by 2023. Inc. has the discretion to exclude applicants for subjective reasons. Rankings are precise, with growth rates calculated to four decimal places.
