Stefanini Group acquires 60% stake in Escala 24×7
MICHIGAN, UNITED STATES — Stefanini Group, a global technology firm specializing in digital solutions, has acquired a 60% stake in Escala 24×7, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) consulting partner in Latin America.
The deal aims to boost its cloud computing capabilities across the region and beyond.

Unified cloud transformation for clients
The partnership will allow Stefanini to offer end-to-end cloud solutions, combining its global reach and digital transformation expertise with Escala 24×7’s deep AWS knowledge.
Clients will benefit from accelerated cloud migrations, optimized operational costs, and security and compliance standards.

Escala 24×7 will continue to operate independently, led by its founders and executive team, and will first serve Stefanini’s existing Latin American clients before expanding globally as Stefanini’s AWS platform.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
